The duly filled application form should be submitted together with the original bank slip / bank deposit slip of Rs. 1,000/-, paid to Account No: 048-1-001-8-0086726 at any branch of People’s Bank, in favour of SLGTI, Ariviyal Nagar, Kilinochchi, Sri Lanka.

  • G.C.E. A/L certificate or NVQ Level 04 certificate

A/L can qualify you without NVQ when fully completed. O/L is optional but must be finished or cleared if you start it. Do not leave A/L partly filled; rules are checked in step 5.
